First day at work in Tokyo
Posted: July 13th, 2009 | Author: Milky | Filed under: Games, Milky Loves The World, Travel | No Comments »It was 88 degrees at 9am. That’s what I get for moving from San Francisco to Tokyo. Still, the dream has come true. I’m now living in Tokyo, and staying here for a while. My first kid will be born in Tokyo, and that’s pretty awesome. If he/she wasn’t going to be born here, it would have had to have been in New York City. I spent a long-ass month since my last post organizing, packing, and preparing for all of the many things I’d have to do in order to live here. I landed at Narita last Thursday, and it’s been non-stop ever since. Bank accounts, alien registration forms, cell phones, apartment hunting for two days straight, etc. Lot of stuff to do, and even more ahead of me.
Anyway, back to work. Just wanted to commemorate the event. Day before my birthday, too. Internal clock is still adjusting. *Zzzzzz.*
